The committee ensures quality education by providing modern infrastructure, advanced IT platforms and essential resources for students and staff. It optimizes faculty resources to support efficient academic and administrative operations, including IT services, e-learning platforms, facility maintenance, procurement, and resource allocation. These efforts create an environment conducive to effective teaching, learning, and administration, aligning with the faculty academic and operational goals.

Co-chaired by Dr. N.K. Gunasekara and Mr. W.S.P. Fernando, supported by two deputy chairs and additional members, the committee oversees the continuous improvement of physical and digital infrastructure to uphold high educational standards.   

Procurement of laboratory apparatus for respective laboratories is under the direct purview of the respective Head of Department. 

The members of the board conduct regular inspections in all classrooms, laboratories and sanitary facilities available at the Faculty of Engineering and propose suggestions to the faculty board and initiate actions accordingly. 

The board will take necessary corrective/preventive actions and do implementations in relevant fields.
